PLACING AN ORDER
To place an order, click on the "Add to Cart" button next to each item. When you are finished shopping, select the view cart link and proceed to check out. First time customers will be required to register. Return customers save time, by simply inserting their username and password. Click here to register now.

SHOPPING ON-LINE
For your convenience, we have installed a Secured Shopping Cart where you may either pay for your order using your favorite credit card (we accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express), or transfer funds directly from your checking account, via Paypal. If you experience any difficulties in placing an order, please contact us.

REFUNDS
Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products we cannot accept any returns or exchanges. We are also unable to offer refunds on packages that are shipped and not received due to post office error. Your understanding regarding these policies are greatly appreciated.

SHIPPING
Our delicious confections are mailed to our customers through the United States Post Office, via both first class shipping, as well as priority mail, with delivery confirmation included in the price. Please be advised if first class shipping is chosen, a polymailer will be used (in addition to bubble wrapping), however, Priority Mail packaging is strongly encouraged to lessen the risk of breakage due to the stronger materials available. Please note: We cannot be held responsible for packages that are lost or damaged once they leave our facility.

For $1.65, the USPS offers insurance for your peace of mind, and we highly recommend that you add that to your Simply Heaven Lollipop Shoppe order.

There is no minimum order. Shipping and Sales Tax are calculated and added to the total order at check out. Sales tax is charged only for those customers living in South Carolina.

Making a purchase requires that you supply your contact information (name-email-address-shipping address). When purchasing, you will create an account that will store your information, so the next time you shop with us, you will simply log in. Your information is strictly confidential. We use this for your convenience, and to process our orders only.

The information you provide to us will be used solely by us, to process your orders. We will not distribute, or sell any information you entrust to us. We will not allow any third party access to your personal information unless forced to do so by law. Comments made via email or on a public forum regarding our products or customer service however, may be used on our guestbook page without receiving prior consent.
